Microsoft’s 2026 Release Wave 1 is no longer a roadmap. Since 1 April the AI agents have been rolling into production across Dynamics 365, and the past month brought the first wave live: Agent Designer reached general availability in Business Central, real-time voice agents went live in Dynamics 365 Contact Center, and a new set of AI certifications opened while two older ones started their countdown to retirement.
