Email connected apps can lose access
Microsoft starts phased Exchange Web Services access changes on 1 October. Inventory every dependency, make the tenant setting explicit and choose retirement, Microsoft Graph migration or a controlled temporary allow list.

Office 2021 loses security support
Support ends on 13 October 2026. The applications may continue to open, but Microsoft will stop technical support, bug fixes and security fixes.

Legacy document processing can fail
Azure Document Intelligence API version 2.0 retires on 31 August 2026. The version in the actual request, not the product name, determines the exposure.
