July opened with the change every Microsoft customer felt whether they read the announcement or not: the 2026 Microsoft 365 pricing and packaging update took effect on 1 July. Alongside it, three Dynamics 365 agents that were in preview through May and June moved into general availability, and an Azure infrastructure deadline quietly passed for anyone connecting to Azure over a site-to-site VPN.
