Overview

The application provides the ability to record details of documents that an organisation needs to keep track of. These will include documents issued by external statutory bodies, including
  • Government authorities for example company registrations, tax registrations, tax clearances • Standards authorities such as ISO, TUV. • Training and educational organisations such as universities, skills certification bodies.
Documentation can be attached to various entities such as customers, vendors, items and resources.
